The exhibition booth fee includes:
- A designated 2m x2m (4m2) space will be available during conference week, with access permitted before the conference begins and after the closing remarks for assembly and disassembly purposes
- Conference registration for two persons
- Access to an electrical outlet (220V)
- A virtual exhibition including the company logo on the HOME and Sponsors page of the ERAD 2026 website (for as long as the website exists)
Booth booking conditions:
- The exhibited products must have a connection to the topics of the conference
- Pre-reservation is given on a first-come, first-served basis
- Final reservation is valid after a completed payment to the organization
- The booth arrangement selection is made by the ERAD 2026 organizers; the decision is not appealable
- No refunds
- Booking should be completed before June 15th, 2026
Sponsorship / Exhibition fees
A limited number of larger booth areas are available as well as separate rooms within the conference space; additionally, there is an opportunity to sponsor social events, which is encouraged by the organizing committee. If interested, please do not hesitate to contact us.
